RETURNS
We cannot guarantee an exact match without a swatch sample being sent in to our shop.
For any reason where returns are acceptable, this will be done at the total discretion of Azeem Enterprises and a handling charge of 15% may be
incurred. Under no circumstances should goods be returned without prior discussion with us by calling 020 8471 3671.
Special ordered items can not be returned , only stocked items will be considered for return.
If damages or shortages occur, please notify us within 3 working days of receipt.
Please note that goods may be despatched in more than one parcel. Receipt of invoices denotes that our goods have been despatched.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for cut goods / used goods / or without prior notification. The suitability of a product is deemed to be the
customer’s responsibility, please note that returns are only accepted for faulty goods. Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase in the same
condition as they were received.
Shipping costs are non- refundable unless the goods are faulty.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as
returns.
Please note that where delivery has been attempted, your order may go into a “hold” for 15working days, after which the goods will be returned to Azeem Enterprises. Should goods be returned following an attempted delivery, the costs incurred will be at the expense of the customer. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the costs to get these back to us, and sent out again to you will be at the expense of the customer.
Once we have received your return item we will usually aim to contact you within the 24 hours to process an exchange or to arrange a full refund. Please note that the refund process can take up to 3 working days.
